Local Shipping:

All South African (local) orders placed online with Light Elegance SA are delivered by The Courier Guy, a trusted name in logistics in South Africa.  Currently, we only use these courier services to deliver within South African borders.

WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?

Local Shipping:

South African orders with a value of less than R3000 will have a courier charge of R250.  Orders of R15 000 or more will be shipped for free. If you are shipping an item over R2000, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not cover insurance on any of the shipments we send.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Local Shipping:

All local deliveries are subject to 15-day delivery as we make the products by hand in our factory and this takes time. Due to covid 19 and electricity outages, there may be a delay in the execution of some of your orders. We are extremely grateful for your support.

WHAT ADDRESSES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We only ship orders to physical addresses (No postal box). Please make sure that the address that you choose for delivery is accurately captured, and that there is someone present to receive the parcel on your behalf if you are not there. We recommend using your work address for deliveries.   

CAN I ORDER ONLINE AND COLLECT IN-STORE?
